Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling steep for 3-5 minutes or to taste. Try with sugar.

"This strain of hibiscus produces a cup with a somewhat lighter red color than the Thailand variety that is also sold here, but the taste is somewhat more on the tart side. A pinch of sugar takes the edge off, and makes for a wonderful cold drink! This product comes as whole hibiscus flowers, and I found I needed to use 3-5 flowers per 8oz cup. Definitely worth a try if you like Hibiscus or "Zinger" teas!"
