Jasmine Oolong Tea. Sweet tasting Oolong tea delicately scented by jasmine blossoms. The tea is plucked and produced during the spring, but not scented with Jasmine until summer resulting in a fresh and sweet cup.
Use 1-2 level teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat water until boiling. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
Also available in our convenient 1 oz Iced Tea Pouches to make 2 quarts of tea (4 pouches per package to make 2 gallons or 8 quarts of tea). Select the 'Iced Tea (4)' option. To brew iced tea, add 1 iced tea pouch to 1 quart of boiling water. Steep for the time listed. Pour tea over a 2 quart pitcher full of ice. Add sugar to taste. |

"I've been a jasmine fan for a long time, but I've only occassionally had oolong. I really like this combination. It's light enough for my jasmine loving taste buds, but it sure seems to give me a kick of energy after drinking it. I've never gotten so much done around the house as I have this past week! "

"This is a wonderful tea. The scent of Jasmine is heavenly and the taste is so smooth and soft. This has done wonders to wake me up in the morning. I find honey works better to enhance the sweetness here instead of sugar."

"This oolong was less oxidized than I originally expected, making it more of a 'greener' oolong than a darker one. Jasmine goes well with green teas, so it makes sense to pair it with a greener oolong. But since I was already very familiar with Jasmine Green, I was looking for something a little different. I'd recommend ordering and adding some Formosa oolongs if you're looking to darken and add depth to the jasmine."

"This tea is not very strong,which is the way I prefer my teas. It's lite with a hint of Jasmine. It has the potential to be much stronger but lite is great for me."

"Lovely. I just purchased a half pound of this tea after reading about the metabolism boosting properties of Wu-long and noticed that this tea comes from the same region as the crazy expensive weight loss tea often advertised on the internet. I got some tea bag Oolong from the health store, also from that same region, but it wasn't anything like this. The quality difference of the bagged tea vs. the loose tea is glaringly apparent after trying both. The jasmine aroma and undertone makes the tea a real pleasure to drink. I was going to use it anyway for the medicinal value, but what a joy to discover that it was so light and yummy. No opinion about the weight loss value yet, to early to tell, but I am looking forward to discovering the answer to that. I have been feeling plenty perky, but not over jacked as I would be if I were drinking coffee. Also, I cannot stomach green tea. It makes me literally get sick. This tea has not made me queasy in the least, not even on an empty stomach. Nice. Thanks Dragonwater.. "
