***** So good! 06/23/2008 12:36
"Very authentic flavor. I absolutely love it mixed with milk and vanilla icecream for a shake!"

***** Awesome! 11/18/2007 10:06
"I was originally put off by Matcha until I read about a Matcha Latte. Use 2 oz water to dissolve the matcha then add milk, if you have a espresso maker then all the better. I like to froth the milk with the matcha in it. This is now always stocked in my cupboards. Matcha contains theophylline, it bears structural and pharmacological similarities to caffeine so you get an extra boost for 3-6 hours."

***** Good for cooking! 09/07/2007 22:21
"This is not only great for tea, but I like to add 1 tsp to my homemade vanilla ice cream to make the perfect "green tea vanilla bean" ice cream! Everyone loves it!"

***** Very nice 04/17/2007 20:44
"I enjoy this tea regularly. The matcha whisk doesn't froth it as much as I would have expected, but it does mix it perfectly. I find the taste very appealing (especially with some milk), and the fact that a strong bowl of it (full teaspoon) is supposed to equal 10 cups of green tea, it more than covers the daily requirement for good anti-oxidant levels. All around great addition to any tea collection."

"Awsome tea. Add a bit of carnation milk and its even better.. I know your not suppose to have it with anything, but everyone is allowed to cheat..right?"
