Lemon Balm Tea. Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis).
Lemon Balm is claimed to have antibacterial, antiviral properties, and it is also used as a mild sedative or calming agent. When applied to the skin it acts as an insect repellant.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

"This tea was sent to me as a sample. I am not a huge fan of lemon balm but the quality should be noted. It did not give me a sore throat as a previous reviewer said it might, but the roof of my mouth felt bit numb. If you like lemon balm I am confident that you will enjoy this tea."
