Spearmint has been used to help with upset stomach and nausea.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

"I bought this b/c it was recommend for help w/ regulating hormone levels. It does the job, and it tastes very pleasant and light on its own. I'm glad that I have finally found spearmint on its own b/c I was having to drink double the amount of mixed herbals w/ this ingredient. "
