Peppermint Tea. Peppermint leaf (Mentha Piperita).
It is said that peppermint helps against upset stomachs, inhibits the growth of certain bacteria, and can help soothe and relax muscles when inhaled or applied to the skin. A study in 2007 found major reduction in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms.

Nice tea

"For those who love minty teas... this is perfect. When brewing it smells slightly light although it tastes quite strong and bold in a good way. Also a great mixer with other "boring" teas to liven them up a bit. If it was a little naturally sweeter than I would have gave it 5 stars."

"This is great to add to your morning tea for an extra kick or to an herbal blend for conjestion and sore throat. Not as strong as spearmint, so it's good for just a little mint taste."

"Peppermint is great for adding to a variety of teas to give it that kick. You don't need too much; you don't want to overwhelm the tea. Just enough to give it a little flavor :)"

Minty Avalanche!

"My husband started drinking peppermint tea when he kept getting frequent heartburn. Within a week, this tea stopped it! He much prefers the "Dragonwater" peppermint tea over the bagged name brand teas. He drinks it with sugar and it's just like drinking one of those soft peppermint candies! And what a great value--and it's organic--what could be better?

"This is the freshest peppermint I've ever tasted, and the best for soothing an upset stomach. Sun tea made from half lavender and half peppermint is perfect, when iced, for beating the heat."

"I swear by this tea when I have a cold or the flu. With a little honey, it clears a stuffy nose right up and it is extremely soothing for a sore throat. On the other hand when I'm not sick I love it just as it is, no sugar or anything, the mint flavour is amazing compared to teas I've tried in the past"
