Description: *
3 Flower Burst Tea. Rare, handmade green tea woven into the form of a ball that blossoms into an elegant grouping of jasmine, lily, and osmanthus flowers. One of the most beautiful teas we have ever seen. Smooth green tea notes with peachy osmanthus and hints of jasmine and lily.

Ingredients: green tea, flowers.

Be sure to brew this tea in a tall glass or deep teapot to enjoy the full experience. This is an extremely popular tea and regularly sells out between shipments.

Use 1 flower per tall glass (10 oz) or 2-6 cup teapot. Heat water until steaming. Steep for 3-5 minutes or until flower has unfolded. Can be left in cup and continuously steeped.

The comparison chart below indicates the number of cups based on 2.25g of tea per serving (the standard definition of a cup of tea). Each ball weighs approximately 7g. For planning purposes assume 4 balls per ounce or 64 balls per pound. Weight of each ball varies so this is only a guideline. Teas are sold by weight only.

size price cups ** cost per cup
    1/2 oz sample $5.00 6 $0.83 / cup add to cart

"Again, be sure to brew in a clear glass vessel to enjoy fully. the flower has a tall "stamen" so leave room!
slightly more flavorful than other flowering teas i've had... haven't tried for a 2nd brew yet, but expect it to be equally good
wonderful stress reducer!"

"Earl Grey used to be my evening tea of choice, but now I have a new one! The unfolding of the tea leaves is beautiful and sets the mood for what is to come. You just know it's going to be wonderful. "This tea was amazing. It looks great in a glass container but it also has an incredible taste. It taste very floral to me so if you're not into floral then this is not the tea for you. My friend thought it had a grassy yet fruity taste. It's an overall wonderfull tea."

"Until my 1st experience with Dragonwater in January, I had no clue teas can bloom! Looking for a unique birthday gift for my sister, I found your site & ordered her birthday flower (carnation)tea & a few other blooming teas. While continuing to sample, 3-flower burst has most visual appeal. It's stunning as it unfolds and grows before your very eyes! Thank you for sample packets to broaden choices while not breaking the bank! This & other flowers are a great addition to special occasions, perhaps along with a clear tea glass or teapot. Many thanks! Just placed my 3rd order since stumbling across your site in January! Will continue to order & brag about your company! (2/5/08: just noted my rating (5) was omitted & wanted to give due credit!)"
