Anti-Stress Tea. The rich and slightly sweet aroma makes this blend an ideal companion for anyone under pressure, looking for a revitalizing effect. This colorful and attractive creation is aromatic and soothing in taste and will quickly become a favorite.
Ingredients: cinnamon, licorice root, ginger root, fennel, orange peel, and cardamom.
Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until boiling. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

"Based on the reviews and description, I requested a sample of this tea. I have never been a big fan of licorice or fennel so it is no suprise that I did not find this tea as soothing as others have. It is visually interesting, but I was not ready for these flavors."
