"This has a great flavor and really is very calming! This is my first foray into the Ayurvedic teas and I'm quite thrilled so far. I've had the Stimulating blend and this one, big fan already."

Recipe to use with this tea:

"I didn't like this tea so much to drink, but the flavor reminded me more of Thai food. So I decided to try to incorporate it in a simple meal and I thought it turned out wonderfully. I am no gourmet cook or anything, so if anyone has any ideas to improve upon this feel free to say so!:
The meal consists of 3 parts, Rice, Chicken and Veggies:
Rice - cooked by package directions, but substitute regular water with this tea.
Chicken - since honey is good with tea I looked for a honey glazed chicken recipe online and found a good one but had to substitute a few ingredients, so I will give my version since I cannot vouch for the original recipe.
Ing. - chicken, 1/3 C flour, 1 tsp. garlic salt, dash pepper, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/2 C Honey, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce.
1. Coat chicken with mixture of flour, garlic salt & pepper. As oven preheats to 350 degrees, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter ina shallow baking dish just large enough for the chicken in a single layer. Arrange chicken in butter and bake uncovered 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, oil, honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. When chicken has baked 30 minutes, turn and evenly pour on the glaze. Continue baking, brushing occasionally with the sauce for about 30 to 40 minutes longer, until chicken is tender and richly browned.
Veggies - All I had in my frige to work with were apples, carrots and mushrooms (sounds weird, but turned out okay, except the apples texture was weird, but flavor was good). Chop all up thin, and use about 1/4 cup tea to boil the carrots in first so that they will not be harder than the mushrooms and apples. Maybe a good change to what I did would be to wait on the apples until the end. Add equal parts butter and oil and add mushrooms and apples, and also garlic salt. Saute to desired texture.
