Fasting Tea. This Ayurvedic herbal blend can support you in times of moderation. It was harmoniously composed using Indian recipes. The intensive spicy-flowery smell and taste let all ingredients fully unfold.
Ingredients: green mate, lemon grass, rose hips, ginger root, roman chamomile, cardamom, black pepper and basil.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water until boiling. Steep for 5-10 minutes.

"This 'tea' is delicious, and reminds me a lot of "Earl Green", though this is much more complex, with a hint of spiciness. I can't say it helped me fast (in fact it may have increased my appetite slightly), but it is quite tasty and has a nice caffeine kick."

"This tea helps take my mind off of food when fasting, the combination of ingredients make it more filling than other teas I have tried. This is also a very tasty tea. This tea can be enjoyed even if you aren't fasting, but don't drink it too late it packs quite a punch."

"Good flovor; more complex than straight green mate. This is good if you want to ease in to the (green) mate experience. I would order agin, but not on a routine basis."
