"This tea is amazing and I find myself craving it constantly. The melon flavor is fresh and bright, and the finish is somewhat creamy and reminds me of white chocolate (I'll attribute that to the yogurt pieces). I use steaming water and steep for 3 minutes. The leaves are good for at least 3 flavorful steepings, maybe even more. The 2nd steeping is my favorite, as the melon flavor backs off a bit and allows the tea to shine. I've tried it with and without sweetener, and it's best without. Sweetener makes the melon flavor taste too artificial. When I'm in the mood for a little less melon and a bit more nutty white tea flavor, I cut this 50/50 with white peony. This tea will become a permanent staple in my tea collection."

did anyone else notice a spinach-type taste?

"There was something in the flavor that hit my taste buds at first as a pleasant melon flavor, and then quickly faded to a spinach aftertaste. I love white teas, but this flavor just isn't elegant enough to go with the white tea."

"This is one of the most distinct and fantastic teas I've ever had. I'm not a fan of white teas and generally go for black and rooibos but this is so fantastic, soon after trying I ordered another package of it. Delicious!!"

"This has a very nice aroma, the flavor is light though. I'm going to try using a little more to increase the flavor.
