"This is the perfect nighttime tea before bedtime. It is very helpful in relaxing you from a crazy day. I added a little honey to mine and it was wonderful...especially when you have just a bit of a cold and cough. The flavor is perfect and not too strong."

"Well, it mostly tastes like chamomile and a little mint. You can taste the valerian root a little bit, but the other ingredients only really add a little bit of a bitter herb quality. Personally, love it with a little milk. Definitely helpful in relaxing before bed. I've tried drinking it other times of the day, and it really does make you sleepy. It isn't just a placebo effect. Won't knock you out cold, but we're just talking about tea here."

"This tea works wonders for my insomnia. It won't knock ya out, but it will make you calm and sleepy and I find that taking deep breaths of the tea's steam aides the effects. The only problem is that this tea is very light tasting except for a bitter "herbal" taste and those who like sweetened tea (like me) may have to drink it quickly to get it down without sugar (witch sort of negates the purpose of the tea)."

"This tea tastes great, leaves a great feeling in my mouth and throat and totally relaxes me. When I get my new tea's I try all of them. I wanted to try this tea and move on but instead I had to take a nap. It is now the healthy alternative to sleep aids when it comes to overcoming my insomnia."

"This tea is excellent for those late nights that you just can't go to sleep. I found that steeping it for 5 minutes yielded a VERY bitter taste. However, lowering the water temperature and reducing steeping time to 4 minutes improved the flavor greatly."
