Dandelion Root Tea. Dandelion root for use as a standalone tea or
blended with other herbals. Dandelion root acts to cleanse the liver and improve appetite, and is also a diuretic. If roasted it can be a coffee substitute.
Use 1-2 heaping teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat
water until boiling. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
