"This is one of my favorite ingredients to add in mixing an herbal green and earthy blend. I have not tried it alone, but I am sure it could be overwhelming or not as lovely as a single note. "

"By itself Lemon Grass is too pungent. It's best blended with Green tea, oolong or Yerba Mate. It doesn't work with black tea as one might hope. Try it with orange peels and Hibiscus for a unique bedtime blend. "
