"This is a perfumed tea with some rose petals. It is too strongly flavored and even bitter (like rose petals) to drink routinely. I mix it with OP or english breakfast for a more delicate flavor. I recommend it used this way."

"this tea has a very nice, beautiful smell however, if overs-steeped just a tad, gets horribly bitter. The floral taste is very nice but not for everyone. I enjoy this tea once in a while but def not an everyday teat for me"

"i couldn't drink this one. i'd tried tea with rose petals before - sounds sooooo yummy, smells wonderful, and tastes like drinking out of mom's cologne bottle.
must be my palate though, and not the tea, as i also abhor earl grey and any tea with bergamot.
this one i am even giving the sample away "

"This tea has a strong rose flavor and a beautiful rose aroma. I love to put a pinch in with other teas. It makes iced tea terrific. It's also a really pretty gift. I bought some of the tea bags, filled a few with this and gave as a gift to my sister when she had me over for dinner. Would be nice to give a few roses and some of this tea when you are invited over to a friend's for dinner. "

"This tea has a wonderful flavor, but the rose may be a bit overpowering for some tastes, I prefer to give it a quick (4-5 seconds) under cold water before steeping to take the edge off of the rose flavor, after that you're left with a wonderfully balanced cup of tea."

"Excellent for a morning tea. Strong enough to get you through the morning, but not overpowering. Definitely an exotic tea."

"My husband and I enjoy this tea paired with East Friesian Blend Tea. The China Rose by itself is just too rosey for us, but paired with the stronger black tea, it quite nice."
