White Peony (Pai Mu Tan) Tea. White Peony tea is a close relative of our famous
Silver Needles white tea. White Peony is the
leaves and buds that remain after the Silver
Needles is harvested, yielding a darker cup with
the same natural sweetness.
Use 2 heaping teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until steaming. Steep for 3-4 minutes.
