Rooibos Creamy Caramel Tea. Rooibos with caramel
bits and safflower blossoms for a creamy-caramel
taste. Caffeine-free.
Contains dairy products.
Ingredients: Rooibos, caramel bits (water, sugar, condensed milk, glucose syrup, milk powder), flavouring, safflower petals.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling. Steep for 7-10 minutes. Try with
sugar. Great iced.
Rooibos comes from the South African Red Bush (Aspalanthus linearis) an contains high levels of antioxidants, calcium, manganese, magnesium, and fluoride. It has been used to treat depression, insomnia, digestive problems, hay fever, and asthma. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free.

Creamy Smooth Taste

"I really liked this one, its very smooth like having a caramel in your mouth, I enjoyed the flavor, I just can't decide - would this be an afternoon tea or evening, (I don't think its a morning tea) I would have to drink it for while to find its right place in the day, but I would keep it as a regular"

"As another reviewer said the scent is rather pungent, which I agree with. The aroma is half of the enjoyment of a cup of tea for me. The taste was rather heavy and almost burnt tasting. I would not order this tea again."

"I used a common mesh strainer, which made a little messy cup of tea. I didnt mind that- I did not taste any of the tea, it just did not look pretty. As for the taste, it was a nice yummy tea, nice carmel flavor - nice at room temp also. I enjoyed it. You do not get two cups from one infuser full however, like some teas- which can make this a little more expensive of a tea."

"I was surprised that I like this - I don't normally drink tisanes, but wanted to try Rooibos once, and chose this to start with. It's very smooth, and the carmel flavor is light and very good. I'll definately consider ordering this one again. "
