Chamomile Tea. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla).
Chamomile is often used as a mild sedative to relieve tension and stress. It is also used to treat fevers and problems with the bladder, kidneys, and liver.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Smells Great

"I liked this tea. Personally if it didn't give me a slight headache for some weird reason then I would have given it 5 stars. When brewed it smells amazing. It has a much lighter taste that makes it easy to drink and not so much of a chore if you plan on drinking this for medicinal or therapeutic reasons.
Personally makes me feel noticeably more relaxed in a tired way, not a stress free way unfortunately. Still a great tea though."

"I had forgotten that I love the smell of chamomile, but the flavor is beyond disgusting to me. This isn't a problem with the quality of chamomile: just a personal preference."

"Chamomile is sooooooooooooooooo much better loose than bagged! Or maybe it's this particular version. I thought I didn't like chamomile until I tried this one. Great to have in the evening before bed."

"Like the other herb teas I've bought from Dragonwater, the chamomile is the freshest and most flavorful you'll find anywhere. Until I tried Dragonwater herb teas, I preferred herb teas to real tea only as a home remedy for an upset stomach, tension, or the heat. I am not giving up real tea, but now drink herb teas for the same reason that I drink real tea -- for the taste."
