tea.
Use 1-2 level teaspoons per 6 oz cup. Heat water
until boiling. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Try

"This oolong is the perfect oolong. It is fantastic, naturally sweet, smooth and delicate. Though I prefer Jade Oolong, Wuyi or Iron Goddess, this is a fantastic oolong that any tea lover should try. Add a bit of honey."

"I just purchased a sample of this tea to try based on the description. It really is fantastic. Lots of sweet notes, with little or no bitterness even if over-steeped. It's also very nice as a chilled tea (I know that purists would hate me for even suggesting it, but try it); I just brewed a batch at about double-strength then added a bunch of ice to make a very nice beverage on a very hot day. The aromas are not as wonderful when chilled, but the mouth is still great."
