We want you to be absolutely delighted with every order you receive from us. To that end, we unconditionally guarantee all of our products. If you don't like any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. For opened teas, please return the unused portion to us. We will refund you the value of the unused tea. We do not refund shipping charges unless the reason for the return is due to our error. For returns less than $10, please contact us to see if you qualify for store credit without having to return the item to our warehouse.

For all other returns, you do not need to contact us first. Simply fill out the form on your invoice or write your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for returning on a piece of paper and send it along with the items being returned to the address below.

For gift orders, we can only offer store credit (dragon dollars).
